Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we begin processing your order, and it cannot be canceled.

Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain products, such as digital goods or personalized items, are non-returnable.
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Refunds

- Refund Process: When a customer requests a refund for a returned product, instead of getting their money back in the form of cash or a credit to their original payment method, they will receive store credit. This store credit can be used for future purchases at the same store but cannot be converted into cash.

Exchanges

Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
